TERMS

We ask that all dogs entering the kennel have been vaccinated against the following:

• Rabies
• Bordetella
• DHLPP (Distemper, hepatitis, leptospirosis, parainfluenza and parvo virus)

We require copies of your dogs vaccinations. These can be faxed or emailed before you arrive or you can bring a copy with you when you check in.

All dogs must be in a fit & healthy condition. Unfortunately we are unable to look after dogs that are declining in health or are too ill to be kennelled. If your dog has been ill prior to visiting the kennel we will require written information from the vets of its condition and that it is now fit & healthy to kennel. Unfortunately we cannot administer medications via needles.

All owners must complete a boarding agreement for their pet. This can be sent out before your visit and filed in at your leisure. Completion of the boarding agreement is mandatory.

We can not accept dogs of an aggressive nature. These means aggressions towards other dogs & people. For the safety of our workers and other guests aggressive dogs will not be permitted on the premises. If you dog should become aggressive or unmanageable during its stay you will be asked to collect your dog ahead of time.

Fence diggers or jumpers are not permitted.

Un-neutered dogs are not permitted in the central bark lounge & are restricted to private suites. Bitches in season will not be boarded, as it causes too many disruptions in the kennel.

All dogs must be treated with a flea treatment before entering the kennel i.e advantage, frontline etc
